the breakfast was very good.. it had a great selection of food. the room was a nice size and very clean. the staff in the restaurant were friendly. i also appreciated the hotel's convenient location for my travel plans.
The wifi connection in the room was unstable and slow. It made it difficult to work.

the hotel provided spacious room sizes. the food offered was good quality and i enjoyed the spa. all the staff were friendly. the hotel's location allows convenient exploration of worcestershire and gloucestershire.
My bedroom was too hot. It lacked air conditioning. the windows were shut, so it felt stuffy.

The gym included several treadmills and stationary bikes. the spa had a jacuzzi and a very clean swimming pool. our dinner was tasty, and the live music added to the ambiance. It was amazing!!!
the hotel didn't have air conditioning, made the room a bit stuffy.
